SITE BASED SECRETARY REQUIRED FOR LARGE DEVELOPMENTS IN BOTH ASHFORD & RAMSGATE .
( 1 SECRETARY REQUIRED FOR EACH SITE)
GOOD SECRETARIAL SKILLS AND HAPPY TO WORK IN A CONSTRUCTION TYPE ENVIRONMENT AND POSSIBLY IN AN "ON SITE" OFFICE, WORKING FOR PROJECT MANAGERS ETC, ARRANGING MEETINGS AND UNDERTAKING ALL ADMIN DUTIES FOR SITE AND ENSURING ALL DOCUMENTS ARE TYPED ACCURATELY AND KEPT IN ORDER.
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE COME FROM A SIMILAR BACKGROUND, IDEALLY WORKING IN THE RAIL*CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY WITH RELATED EXPERIENCE
IT IS REQUESTED THAT CANDIDATES LIVE LOCALLY TO LOCATION.
